Elizabeth’s Story


Elizabeth Parker sees leadership and team development through a human lens, the result of her experiences at the commencement of her career as a registered nurse specialising in midwifery.

Her passion for health and wellbeing saw her progress into the pharmaceutical industry and, for more than 12 years, she enjoyed great success in a range of roles across the full spectrum of business – face-to-face customer sales, first-line sales leadership, marketing, training, facilitation and coaching. This also resulted in a number of sales awards for her accomplishments, including the coveted Managing Directors Award in 2005.

In 2008, Elizabeth took on the pivotal role of Sales Leadership Development Manager at pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline. In this position, she created significant performance improvement and leadership capability through the development, implementation and facilitation of various sales and leadership development initiatives.
